1 Corinthians 7:18 - 7:40

 1 Corinthians 7:20 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called. Paul a Servant of God, Chosen by God (Acts 9:15) in a time and era much different from Ours of Today! As we Finish Chapter 7 some of what Paul shall suggest is based on his opinion structured from his era!👇

Paul was a Road Warrior (on foot), Teacher of God’s Word! He didn’t have the luxury of the high speed technology & rapid Transportation Systems that Exist Today!👇

1 Corinthians 7:18 Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised. Circumcision is of the Heart for both men & women today! Do Not Dispute this issue when it comes to the flesh! 👇

Romans 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 👇

Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. The Blood of Christ Nailed ALL Blood Rituals to The Cross!👇

Colossians 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:👇

Colossians 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.👇

Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;👇

Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; Don’t argue over insignificant issues! Look at the Bigger Picture & Be Happy that a Soul is Circumcised in Christ!👇

1 Corinthians 7:19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God. Your Choice IF One Does It For Health Reasons! It is More Important that Your Spirit Be Circumcised in Christ!👇

1 Corinthians 7:21 Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. Didn’t Matter IF You Were a Slave or Freeman in Paul’s Time! You could still Worship God! All Become FREE through Jesus Christ!👇

Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.👇

Romans 6:19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.👇

Romans 6:20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.👇

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.👇

1 Corinthians 7:22 For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant.👇

1 Corinthians 7:23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. 1 Corinthians 7:24 Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, there in abide with God.👇

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.👇

James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.👇

1 Corinthians 7:25 Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful. Paul’s Opinion based on His Time & Era!👇

1 Corinthians 7:26 I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.👇

1 Corinthians 7:27 Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.👇

1 Corinthians 7:28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.👇

1 Corinthians 7:29 But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none; Remember Paul Was Not Married! He was always on the road pushing from one city to the next on foot!👇

1 Corinthians 7:7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. Paul stating that at his time it was hard to be married because of the length of time one would be required to be away!👇

1 Corinthians 7:30 And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not; Paul’s thought is that marriage would keep you too involved in worldly things & not allow one to concentrate on Christ!👇

1 Corinthians 7:31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away. Without a marriage commitment, one’s focus would be entirely on Christ!👇

1 Corinthians 7:32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:👇

1 Corinthians 7:33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. Once Again, Paul’s Opinions were formed by the time & era that he lived in!👇

A married man or woman, today, in this high technology age with the state of the art transportation is just as capable as an unmarried man or unmarried woman, as long as they are Disciplined in God & Love God First & foremost in their life!👇

Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. This hate is Love Less! You Must Love Less Everyone Before God! Whether You Are Married Or Unmarried!👇

1 Corinthians 7:34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.👇

Once again, I must repeat an Opinion from Paul based on his time & era that he (Paul) was serving God! A Married Woman or Man of this age & time is Fully Capable of Serving God in whatever Capacity They Are Called By God!👇

1 Corinthians 7:36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry. IF Premarital Things Happen, It Is OK If They Continue On in Marriage!👇

1 Corinthians 7:37 Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth well.👇

1 Corinthians 7:38 So then he that giveth her in marriage doeth well; but he that giveth her not in marriage doeth better. This Concerns the Father giving the Bride Away & Once Again this is Paul’s Opinion based on his time & era! He feels that a virgin not given would be more focused on God!👇

1 Corinthians 7:39 The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.👇

1 Corinthians 7:40 But she is happier if she so abide, after my judgment: and I think also that I have the Spirit of God.👇

Paul lived in a different time & era! We also live in a Different Time & Era! Today, We live in the Fig Tree Generation (since 1948) when Israel became a Nation Again! We Live In the Last Generation!👇

Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:👇

Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.👇

Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Will You Be Deceived?👇

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Rev  20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Will Your Name Be In The Book of Life? Or Will You be Cast in The Lake of Fire & Be Consumed?👇

Hebrews 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.👇
